Who we are
The team that stays.
Abound is a registered NDIS provider across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra, run by three people who are on the floor, not behind it. We started Abound because too much of the sector had drifted into lock-in contracts and rotating faces. We do the opposite.
Why we do this
Support should feel personal.
Purposeful support means every shift has a point. We look past the task in front of us to the goal behind it, so support adds up to a life, not a checklist.
What you feel day to day is consistency. The same support workers, who actually know you, rostered around your routine instead of ours. No lock-in contracts, no call centre. The people who own the business answer the phone.
What sets us apart
Why families and coordinators choose Abound.
The same faces, every shift
We roster for continuity first. You build a real relationship with workers who know your routine, not a new stranger each week.
Founders on the floor
Three owners who run service delivery, operations and the business in person. When you call, you reach someone who can actually decide.
No lock-in
Stay because the support is good, not because a contract traps you. If we are not the right fit, we will help you find who is.
The team
The executive team.
On the floor, not behind it. No faceless provider, you will know exactly who runs your support.

Spenser Johnstone
Chief Executive Officer
Spenser runs the business. The dwelling, the partner pipeline, the numbers. If you're a coordinator or a developer or a family weighing up SDA, you'll talk to Spenser early.

Andrew Glynn
Head of Service Delivery
Andrew runs service delivery. Incidents, compliance, the day-to-day quality of what the team does in homes. He'll be the one who reads your intake and rings you back.

Damon Apter
Head of Business Operations
Damon runs operations. The roster, the recruiting, the bit where the right support worker is in the right house at the right time. He sees every shift.
Claire Doyle
Service Delivery Manager
Claire runs service delivery day to day alongside Andrew. She keeps the quality of support high in every home and is a steady point of contact for families once support is underway.
Come and meet us.
The first step is just saying hello. Tell us a little about what you are looking for and we will take it from there.
