The Trustee for Abound Services Unit Trust(“Abound”, “we”, “us”) collects personal information when you contact us, enquire about a service, or work with us. We use that information to do what you've asked us to do, and to meet our obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Name, contact details, NDIS number, support needs, and anything else you tell us when you make an enquiry or sign a service agreement. For staff, additional information needed for compliance (Working With Children Check, First Aid, qualifications).

How we use it

To deliver services to you. To meet our NDIS reporting obligations. To answer your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it outside Abound except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

How we protect it

Encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role. An audit log is maintained in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@aboundsupports.com.auand we'll respond within 30 days.
