Abound Supports Dashboard helps our authorised team review activity on Abound's Facebook Page, Instagram account and advertising account. Access to this dashboard is private.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email info@aboundsupports.com.au with the subject “Abound social data request”. Tell us whether you want to access, correct or delete information and give us enough detail to locate it, such as the relevant public post link or the date of your interaction. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents.

We will review the request, confirm identity where needed and explain the outcome. Some information must be retained for legal, NDIS, safety, finance or service-record reasons. We will explain any retention requirement that applies to your request.

Information on Facebook and Instagram

Removing information from Abound's systems does not automatically remove the original post, comment or message from Meta's services. You can manage your own content through Facebook or Instagram and contact us about content on Abound's accounts.
